Subaru Dealership
This project was a ground up new construction of 46,000 S.F. two story car dealership with
repair garage area. The brand did not have a typical prototype at the time of design so
coordination was required for devices and lighting throughout the building. In ceiling lighting,
not track, was used to highlight display areas and vehicles. The lighting system was controlled
by low voltage controls at various locations through the building. The light fixtures were
dimmable LED with a color rendering index (CRI) of 9+. The HVAC systems in the show room
and office areas were conventional roof top units with gas heat. Heating via infrared heater
and cooling via high outside air roof top units were designed for the repair garage area. Code
required ventilation system and vehicle exhaust systems were also designed for the repair
garage area.

Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership
This project was the renovation to an existing dealership. The renovation included updating the
showroom, office area and customer service area HVAC and lightings systems. The repair
garage lighting system was also upgraded. The lighting in the showroom followed the brand
prototype package with dimmable LED lights having a color rendering index (CRI) of 9+. The
lighting system was controlled by low voltage controls at various locations through the building.
The HVAC systems in the show room and office areas were conventional roof top units with gas
heat.

Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership
This project was the renovation to an existing dealership that consisting of leaving the repair
garage as is (which required back-feeding with new systems) and the demolition and new
construction of the showroom, office and customer service areas. The new areas totaled
approximately 23,000 S.F. consisting of two floors. The lighting in the showroom followed the
brand prototype package with dimmable LED lights having a color rendering index (CRI) of 9+.

building. The HVAC systems in the show room and office areas were conventional roof top
units with gas heat.
